Banner introduces the A-GAGE^® EZ-ARRAY™ two-piece measuring light screens for high-accuracy sensing in tough applications. The cost-effective EZ-ARRAY excels at high-speed, precise process monitoring and inspection, profiling and web-guiding applications. It offers quick and simple installation, and uses closely spaced infrared beams to detect objects as small as 5 mm with a resolution of 2.5 mm. Emitter and receivers are available in 10 lengths with precise measuring at ranges up to 4 m with an environmental rating of IEC IP65. Configuration options include 14 measurement modes, three scanning methods, two analog and two discrete outputs and a serial output.
