Final Assembly – Robot Assembly of Windows

Block I/O modules speed up tool changes — worldwide in PROFINET, Ethernet/IP and Modbus-TCP networks

Two aspects are particularly important in the final assembly via robot production lines: short cycling times and high availability. The block I/O modules by TURCK offer that and more with their durability and quick startup times. In fast startup mode (Profinet), modules are ready for operation after just 150 milliseconds. In quick-connect mode (Ethernet/IP), they are even faster after just 90 milliseconds.

Quick tool changes are therefore guaranteed. Additionally, due to their flexible multi-protocol firmware, the modules can be used with the three Ethernet protocols Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus TCP without the need for manual intervention. Machines and system parts can therefore be fitted with the same components and be used worldwide in the automotive industry.
